Btw: with the kind of logic you present, I should be investigated. In my year in Vietnam (jan 69 to jan 70) more than 40 guys in my unit died or went missing. Some of them were shot, some of them died of shrapnel wounds, a couple got blown to pieces by land mines... and no one was arrested! Don't you consider that suspicious in the extreme?
