Can i accuse the solicitor of the other side of libel?
in solicitors' lettersas part of divorce and family proceedings, I am regularly accused of doing "bad" THINGS, THE LATEST THAT I FORGED MY EX WIFE'S SIGNATURE to obtain a V5C doent on a car - which clearly I have not done. Can I sue for defamation?
