Why am i worried about my appendix and appendicitis?

i am petrafied of appendictis and i want to try stop it ever happenin to me what could i do eat what shouldnt i eat to stop appendictis ever happenin to me. how can i fix my problem and the thought of surgery scares me please help me with my problem how can i resolve this i am so scared please give me information many thanks.
