I have thoughts about killing women a lot, is this bad?

For many years now I've had very gruesome thoughts about killing women, I don't know what it is, I just look at them and I get filled with hatred and I just wanna stab them repeatedly and watch them bleed, it just sounds so fun. And for many years I've tried to go to my little fantasy world, where I have fantasies of raping and killing women, but it seems like the fantasies just aren't working anymore and they never stop. So, should I seek help?
