My husband got locked up in new jersey , we live in ga just brought a house he went there for a funeral anyway?

he got drunk as a skunk and his sisters were trying to get him not to drive. so he took the keys and left the car wanted them to get out but they would'nt anyway they put the club on the car so he woul not take it. he was so drunk that he started banging on these other peoples door thinking it was his sisters well that started a problem with these people the cops came and now thr charge is burglary and forced entrry . he was trying to steal from anyone he had the wrong house do you think he will be in jail long. let me know i'm stressing out
