Can a non-imaginitive person develop imagination?
No, it is not "you either have it or you don't". Your question is in fact "if a person imagines a beautiful place, what is it"? or maybe you want to ask: can a person really imagine something? Of course, people imagine things; this is why writers write, poets and composers compose their creations. So the question that remains is whether a random (or not random) person (in particular, your friend) can imagine something (in particular, a beautiful place). The issue 1) here is what is beautiful. Any person has his own experience and would imagine beautiful based on their experience. If they dod not experience beautiful, they have nothing to base their imagination upon.
