How can i get my dog to stop eating shoes?

So my dog first ate shoes 4 years ago when I was in 7th grade. And the shoes were my light blue and white dcs which were old so it was ok. And a year ago he ate my custom pink and white nikes which werent too old but they were dirty so it wasn't too bad. but this month he ate my brand new white Nike af1s and he recently ate my sisters newish jordans so I have to do something. What should I do?
