What's the best hair conditinor for fine, dry hair? ?

My hair is fine, yet dry from winter and indoor heat. I use a humidifier at home and work, and have been using Matrix Biolage hydratherapie shampoo and conditioner and hour long deep conditioning treatments on my hair 3x a week with no luck. In addition to Biolage Ive also tried Redken all soft heavy cream conditioner, both leave my hair still fly-a-way with some breakage on top! Help!
