Excel - copying 'years' out of a cell including text?

In cell A1 I have "EUROPE World War II 1939-1945". What I need is a formula to say 'if there are numbers in A1 paste them here (B1); and a formula to say if there are Caps in A1 paste them here (C1). Ideally I'd like the numbers formula to copy the hyphens in between the years too, but maybe there's another formula to do that too? Anyway, to recap I need B1 to say 1939-1945, C1 to say EUROPE, and for extra points leave A1 saying only World War II...simpler the formulae the better. Cheers!
