Does anyone know the name of this browser game?

Does anyone know the name of a browser game,where it's about nuclear catastrophe and you collect water as a resource and when you go to do a mission,you drive a jeep trough the wasteland,and when you fight you can see the characters fight...can anyone tell me the name of the game,and if you're not sure just tell the name what you think it could be similar ,and i'l check it out..tnx
