Why are people Aholes when it's something you learn not to be way back in grade school?

Every country has the same problem. Do not give up, or you will let these unthinking people dominate out society. It is a never ending battle to beat back the jungle. This may be in keeping the weeds out of your garden, the mud off you sidewalk, or the dust in your home. It is an unending battle in every civilization. You must set an example for others. Do it in a kind manner.
