What to do with alcoholic father?

hi i'm a native of masbate, we in the family has really big problem about my father that is alcoholic, actually what makes us problematic because once he was drunk, he make noise in our house, shouting bad words & worst damage the things we have in our house. I just want to know if there is a law that will put my father to jail, because he was our burden for almost 20 years & also to make him realize that all the things he did just make our family falls apart. There is already a time that my sister cannot control her temper, & she is about to kill my father..that's really bad our father is..i know that he is still our father, but the way he treats us is really cannot be accepted. Sometimes, we cannot helped but ask our mother if he is really our father...i hope i can have your best advises..thanks
