Unique date ideas?

My gf and I have been going out for 8 months, and we've done just about everything. I've looked at hundreds of websites for date ideas, and we've done most of them. Alot of the ones we haven't done, just aren't very appealing. Do you have any unique ideas that you have up your sleeve? I live in Mesa, which is a suburb of Phoenix.
