My dog went from angel to complete terror?

We have a 9 month old Pyrs. He went from being the perfect puppy, to an absolute nightmare. He now messes in the house when he wants, he eats and has destroyed our carpet, he jumps all over everyone, he barks non-stop in his crate at night, he terrorizes our cat and other dog, and is becoming very aggressive with food. He used to be the perfect puppy and we selected this breed because of their gentle nature. But this puppy is anything but gentle. We were told the breed doesn't like to participate in playing games, but all he wants to do is play. He knocks our 3 year old over, won't leave our other dog alone which sparks fights, tries constantly to annoy the cat by barking at or jumping on her. And he has started to bark CONSTANTLY when we crate him at night. We can't let him run loose because he's decided to make our home his toilet, and has already destroyed our new carpet by eating it. I don't know what to do. My husband is extremely furious and is tired of him. Is this a phase we should wait out, or is our perfect puppy gone forever? We now have a 2 1/2 month old daughter and cannot afford him jumping on her as she weighs less than 15 lbs and he weighs about 100. Please help!
