Looking for a wand to put on an outside faucet to turn water on and off without having to reach behind shrubs.

I inherited a rose bush (6x6 foot) from the previous owner of my home, right in front of a hydrant - the dummy. I made a short hose extension with auto heater hose and a ball valve on the end. Worked so well I made two more for beds too deep to reach. RScott
