Is it normal to be nervous about carrying a concealed firearm for the first time? ( CCW)?

I am about to get my CCW ( Concealed Carry) and will be carrying a Glock 19 gen 4. Is it normal to be nervous about carrying a firearm 24/7? I know odd question. I am beyond paranoid with gun safety, so I don't see why I'm so worried! Any thoughts?
