How to make vampire fangs?

ok i want to make some vamp fangs for as cheap as possible and i cant buy them because i don't live near a all year round Halloween store and i cant order things offline and i would like it to be near 10 dollars but i will go up to around 20 if necessary thanks in advanced ps sorry if its not in the right place i just went with where they think my question should be put
