B&B with a twist: boat? lighthouse?

I'm tired of premier travel and ordinary B&Bs, I want to treat myself to something special. I would love to spend a night in a converted lighthouse, boat, little cottage or a hotel with a superb view, could you please recommend me something? Anywhere in the UK, I don't mind.
